1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using savng.com (the "Service"), operated by GigHz LLC ("SAVNG," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
2. Description of Service
SAVNG is an educational research publication. It provides automated stock-valuation models (including discounted-cash-flow estimates), screeners, market-risk scores, insider-activity signals derived from public SEC filings, historical/backtested statistics, AI-generated research summaries, and optional email digests and tools. SAVNG is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, and is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any state or foreign securities regulator.
3. Not Investment Advice — General and Impersonal Only
The Service provides educational and informational content only. Nothing on this platform — including any signal, score, screen, alert, backtest, or model output — constitutes personalized investment advice, a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security, or an offer to provide investment advisory services.
All content is general and impersonal: it is published to all readers alike, on a regular schedule, and is not tailored to your financial situation, objectives, holdings, or risk tolerance. We do not know your circumstances and do not purport to. We do not provide personalized financial planning, security selection, or portfolio management, and no advisory or fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Service or by any payment to us. Any tool that lets you enter your own positions or plans is a self-directed record-keeping and decision-support utility; we do not review, approve, or advise on what you enter, and we do not execute trades. 4. Performance and Backtest Disclosures
Any performance figure, backtest, hypothetical result, hit rate, average return, t-statistic, Sharpe ratio, or strategy simulation shown on the Service is hypothetical and model-generated. It does not represent actual trading, no real money was placed on it, and no account achieved those results. Hypothetical results are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, generally exclude trading costs, slippage, borrowing costs and taxes, and are drawn from limited samples. Past performance, real or hypothetical, does not predict or guarantee future results. Full limitations are described in the disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
5. Eligibility and User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
Some features may require a paid subscription. By starting a paid subscription, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
- Auto-renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual, as selected) at the then-current price, until you cancel. We will disclose the price and billing interval before you purchase.
- Cancellation. You may cancel at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the period you already paid for.
- Refunds. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable; we may issue discretionary refunds for the current billing period. Partial-period refunds are not provided.
- Free trials and promotions. If offered, a trial converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled before it ends. Terms of any promotion will be disclosed at signup.
- Price changes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to your email on file; changes apply to renewals after the notice period, and your continued subscription constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, cancel before the change takes effect.
- Taxes. Prices exclude applicable taxes, which may be added.
- Failed payments and chargebacks. We may suspend or terminate access for failed payments or for chargebacks initiated without first contacting us.
- Cancellation and your data. After cancellation or termination you may lose access to paid features and stored content. See our Privacy Policy for retention.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: scrape, crawl, or programmatically access the Service beyond normal personal use; resell, republish, sublicense, or commercially redistribute our data, scores, signals, or reports; use our output to build or train a competing product, model, or dataset; misrepresent our outputs as professional or personalized investment advice; circumvent access controls or paywalls; interfere with the Service's operation; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any securities law.
8. Intellectual Property and Our Data Rights
The Service, and all content, software, models, scores, classifications, screens, backtests, and AI-generated reports made available through it (collectively, "SAVNG Content"), are owned by GigHz LLC and protected by intellectual-property laws. Underlying facts and public filings are not owned by us; our selection, normalization, methodology, scoring, and presentation are.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use SAVNG Content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Our rights to license and commercialize. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to license, sell, syndicate, distribute, or otherwise commercialize the SAVNG Content and any data, signals, scores, models, analytics, or derived or aggregated datasets we produce, to any third party, in any medium, including through paid subscriptions, APIs, data feeds, or partnerships. Nothing in these Terms limits that right. This concerns market and derived data — not your personal information, which is governed solely by our Privacy Policy.
Feedback. If you send us suggestions or feedback, you grant us an unrestricted, royalty-free right to use it without obligation to you.
9. Third-Party Data and Sources
The Service incorporates data from third parties, including SEC EDGAR (public domain), FINRA, FRED, market-data vendors, and other public sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data, and such data remains subject to its providers' rights. Third-party links, embeds, and videos are provided for context and are not endorsements; we are not responsible for third-party content or services.
10. Data Accuracy and No Warranty
While we strive for accuracy, financial data is sourced from third parties and may contain errors, restatements, or omissions; models involve assumptions and estimates and may be wrong. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
11. Assumption of Risk
All investing involves risk, including loss of principal. You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions and their outcomes. You assume all risk of acting on any information from the Service, and you agree you are not relying on us for advice.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVNG, GigHz LLC, its operator, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any investment losses, or for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or lost profits or lost data, arising from or related to the Service, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility. In no event shall our total aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some may not apply to you.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SAVNG, GigHz LLC, its operator, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or part), or terminate or suspend your access, at any time, with or without notice, including for violation of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (including 4, 8, 10–13, 15–16) survive termination.
15. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. You agree that any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue. Nothing in these Terms waives any right you cannot waive by law, including any non-waivable rights under applicable securities or consumer-protection laws.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice (such as by email or a site notice). Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and cancel any subscription.
17. Miscellaneous
These Terms, together with the Disclaimer and Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
