SAVNG provides automated stock valuation models, technical analysis indicators, and AI-generated research summaries for educational purposes. The Service is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial planner.
3. Not Investment Advice
The Service provides educational and informational content only. Nothing on this platform constitutes personalized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any security, or an offer to provide investment advisory services. 4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion for the current billing period only. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: scrape or automated-access the Service beyond normal use; redistribute our data or AI reports commercially; misrepresent outputs as professional investment advice; use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, models, and AI-generated reports are the property of SAVNG. You may reference our analyses for personal use but may not republish, resell, or redistribute them without permission.
8. Data Accuracy
While we strive for accuracy, financial data is sourced from third parties and may contain errors. Valuation models involve assumptions and estimates. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data or analysis.
9. Limitation of Liability
SAVNG shall not be liable for any investment losses, damages, or claims arising from use of the Service. You use all information at your own risk. In no event shall our liability exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
